Tremblant Ski Resort

Among North American resorts, Tremblant is refreshingly different. The resort is modern yet charming, the locals speak French as well as English, and with a range of direct daily flights from Heathrow to Montreal, it offers one of the shortest journey times to any North American resort.

Considered a pretty sister resort to Whistler on the West Coast, Tremblant has been developed in the style of old Quebec. Brightly coloured buildings line cobbled, traffic-free streets and squares. The general vibe and atmosphere is French, though the service is undeniably North American.

The lodgings in town are generally of a high standard. Anchored by the luxurious and imposing Fairmont Mont Tremblant, most hotels and condominiums boast European style ski-in ski-out access. Lifts radiate from the heart of the resort, with ski school meeting places and nursery slopes close to hand.
